this salon is super cheap! The Irish lady doing my hair was very friendly and chatty. It cost $50 for a half head of highlights. To get it blowdried would have been an additonal $20 so seen as I was unemployed at the time I skipped this and that was fine with them. They highlights were great - just what I wanted.
