I recently bought two two tires for my car. They weren't in stock but promised they would arrive by midday the next day, and surprisingly, they did! They fitted me in for an appointment quickly, and worked on the time schedule they'd advised (sounds normal but it doesn't happen everywhere!). Very friendly, helpful and good advice. Will return happily, well my wallet will suffer as with all car items, but the service is excellent!

THE GOOD - The manager ( Andrew Seeley ) was very helpful. He gave me a good price on four tyres and a wheel alignment. Had it all done while I waited.
THE BAD - I was disappointed when they told me that the splitting tyres I had on my car, which I bought from Bob Jane seven years earlier, were no longer covered by their “Lifetime Product Guarantee” even though they were only 60% worn. They said the cover is only for 5 years. This was not mentioned in the written “100% Guarantee” they gave me at the time of purchase.

I had my tyres serviced here and the staff were really helpful and friendly, the prices for the service are very competitive however they did not rotate the tyres when asked.
