they are often running behind appointment times so we are left waiting for up to an hour. great advice and diagnostics though from friendly doctors

A really great surgery in that they are open seven days a week. Saturday's and Sunday's are shorter hours of course and operate as a first in best dressed basis but helpful none the less for emergency appointments. Lot's of female doctors too if that's what you prefer. A very busy practice and depending on who your doctor is you might be in for a long wait for your appointment. If you've got an appointment call ahead and see if they are running on time.

I've been seeing Dr Rachael Collyer at this practice for a few years now. She is a fantastic doctor, very easy to talk to (even with somewhat embarrassing problems). And she is very gentle with the kids too.

When my young daughter was discharged from hospital after an accident, and I had concerns, I was able to get the nurses and dr to look at her at the practice within 15 min of me ringing, rather than taking her back to the ER at Penrith and a possible several hour wait. They were able to do an assessment and determine that yes, she was OK (well, she was still mildly concussed, but she wasn't deteriorating thankfully).

I have seen a couple of Dr's here and they were lovely, very helpful and caring. It is a very busy clinic however and I often have to wait half an hour to an hour after my appointment time to see my Dr.
