Kirsten was extremely helpful with installation dates and payment, and Spiro and his assistant were polite, efficient and friendly - and punctual to the minute as well as thoroughly cleaning up afterwards. I have highly recommended BB to some of my friends.

Could not be happier with choosing Blockout Blinds! Firstly we met one of their fantastic sales consultants who was so willing to help and patiently went through almost the entire catalogue with us (yes we were hopeless at deciding!). His experience really helped guide our choices - we needed to cover a huge picture window which was heating up the house during summer...and so we were set on some beautiful roman blinds.

We were followed up with a letter stating when they would install our blinds and then followed up again with a phone call saying our blinds were ready for installation. Not once did we feel neglected or ignored. At installation the tradie was so efficient and very professional. Our new roman blinds were quality made and of course looked amazing!!
