I have found the experience of getting our Blinds for our new home enjoyable , from the person at the Cranbourne park plaza heading out flyers, to the person on the phone who made the appointments,
Andy's help with selection types and colours .
And especially Spiro the man who installed the blinds and made sure everything was perfect before he left.
Amazing price for a whole house lot was also a bonus and the turn around time of a month from measuring to installation was great and we were even provided with temporary blinds whilst ours were being made.

Had a roller blind installed for a new bifold window. Very happy with the service from both the salesperson and installer. A small miscommunication meant the installer didn't have the correct brackets to install exactly where I wanted it but I'm confident this will be rectified as they have been a really good company to deal with. The blind looks great so will definitely use Blockout blinds again.

From the very beginning my experience with Blockout Blinds was exceptional. They were prompt in booking my design consultation. Elliot the consultant was friendly and had some good suggestions for how to minimise light coming into my baby's room. My order only took 10 days to prepare and the installation was completed within 2 days of the blinds being ready. Sergio the installer was very professional and prompt.
