Well, where to start.... ok, firstly she claims to be original in her concept...she isn't, there are others doing what she does.... cutting up tshirts to make other clothes....she makes you pay in full before she even orders anything to make your item, which is fair enough, but then you have to wait 3 months and keep being told "the print hasnt arrived" time and time again. Then she agrees to a layby so after you have paid it off, she keeps you waiting lengthy periods of time and says your items are not finished. I had something happen and needed to ask for a refund and after that, was treated like a 3rd rate customer who was not worthy of her time. In the end, i only received one item of the 3 i had layby'd, as i asked to get that early and she agreed to it without any problem, saying that because i had to wait so long she didnt mind.... even after giving her my measurements, the item i received does not fir properly so it is hardly 'made to my measurements', no way it will ever fit me properly...waste of money. And then after asking for the refund, she wrote stuff on facebook and posted a pic of a model wearing the top that she had made for me, (which she had told me wasnt finished) for sale, before the rfund was given, and because one of my friends commented on it, she blocked them and cracked as hissy fit. I have watched her do this to many customers. Her 'holier than thou' attitude makes me wonder why i wasted my money and why she is still in business. Don't waste your money on her so-called 'made to measure, custom made' outifts.... if you dont think the sun shines out her backside you will be treated like your money isnt worthy of her time!
