Do not trust this agent ever - she will lie and back you into a corner - BE AWARE !!!

The people who work at this agency are very fair and nice and they gave us a great reference...and we were good tenants, so their reference was accurate.

These agents are really kind and super honest and helpful. Our bond was fully paid back and they recommended cleaners that did an awesome job doing a full departure clean.

The staff at Birch Lang & Company were very helpful in finding a lovely home for us. Karen, one of the agents, allowed us to borrow some of her furniture because ours was held up and arrived from Brisbane a month later. Super helpful lady. Cheers, James

The owner/agent refused to give me my bond back, claiming there were scratches on the wall which I could prove were there before I moved in and said if i took her to court shed drag it on until i had nothing, which i couldnt afford to do. She is extremely rude, untrustworthy and even took away my bins for a few months because she was angry. dont fall for her trap.

My lease just ended for the terrace house that I have been renting in The Rocks. I’ve rented it for approx 2 years now and am now moving back to London. I looked for a website where I could post something about Birch Lang and Company and found this one.

Without a doubt, the best service we could have hoped for. We were always asked if everything was ok and if there were any issues with the property. In my view, they balance the owners’ interests with ours amazingly and I highly recommend Birch Lang to anyone!

P.S The manager is a hilarious!

Terrible, avoid at all costs. Has no idea what she is doing. Lied in emails to get us time to sign a contract then tried to keep the bond to cover her mistakes when I moved out. Luckily I had the emails she had sent so I was successful after taking her to tribunal.
