We recently had a frustrating experience with the management of a property. We encountered several issues related to the release of a tenant's bond without our consent, a failure to complete a condition report, and difficulties in communication with the management. These issues caused us concern and left us feeling disappointed.

We also had concerns about the accuracy of the information we received from the management. For example, we received suspicious responses regarding a VCAT claim related to damage to the property's carpet. It became clear that the management had only filed the claim shortly before responding to our inquiry and then withdrew the claim a few days later. This experience left us with the impression that the management was not acting in our best interests.

While we want to provide helpful feedback to other renters and property owners, we also want to ensure that our review remains objective and avoids negative personal comments. Overall, our experience with the management of this property was concerning, and we hope that others can benefit from our experience.

I trusted this agency with the sale of my property for the last 7 weeks. No one turned up for the auction. They did not do their job and could not sell my property.
I want the contract withdrawn, turns out they have locked me for 60 days after the planned auction date. I have asked for the property to be taken down off websites. The end goal is, I want my property sold and will go with another agent.
They refuse to terminate the contract. This behavior exhibits simple greed and vindictiveness.
I would give Biggin and Scott Glen Waverley 0 stars if I could. Greedy agents. Beware!

I'd like to recommend Joe Monea, who was assigned to sell my home. Joe kept me informed with numerous phone calls, as well as monthly emails and face to face vendor meetings. I was kept informed of every open for inspection in great detail. Joe was always polite, and respected my wishes without judgement. He was very honest with me, and did not put any pressure on me. In fact, everything that I was told from the very first meeting actually happened. My experience with Biggins & Scott was indeed a positive one.

had with the real estate agent in all my life , she advised us that she will be able to change the date of settlement to the new date that we want ( 60 days or less ) .. but after signing the contract with 120 days settlement and call her back to make it before she said bad luck and we have to fight with out solicitors and the vendor to make it happen before. ( she didn't even answer our phone she just sent msgs that we have to sorted out our self ) !!

and after we have done the final inspection and tell her about the things that is not working in the property ( his answers was that was the case when u first saw it in the first inspection day ) !!

and as a result of all that the settlement for the old house and the new house hasn't been aligned together ( so we renting furnished , rent a storage for our furniture , driving the kids to school from our area to the new area everyday and fixing everything wrong in the property ) !!

My recent experience in buying a unit in Box Hill has been excellent. The agent Mr Paul Lam has been very helpful. Anticipating the problems I may face along the way, he took the initiative to help provide various options / solutions. A resourceful, trustworthy and certainly rare housing agent!

They have done a great job to sell my property, even though two agencies failed to do it before them. They are efficient and professional. I would recommend them to my friends.
