Big W is a great store to shop at. I find that the store is spaced out and everything is easy to find. The products are always at a bargain price which makes this one of the main stores I go to. I would recommend anyone to go to this store to buy clothes and gifts. They have a wide range of products from chocolates to stationary.

Very spacious. Staff working should try to be more helpful or friendly. Quality is good, better than some other retailers.

The store is undergoing some renovations and it is hard to find items. I asked a staff member for assistance and they asked for a catalouge and we looked around and could not find a number of items. I went back and looked myself and found them. When I still could not find an item a I had to insist that I wanted to speak to a manager. When I did I was told the shipment had not arrived and come back on Monday.

Wide range of goods at very good prices. Specials are always worthwhile and we do some of our food shopping there as well. The toy section is extensive and well laid out.

i absolutely loved this store its graet to find a neat place to shop that actually has most of its advertised stock in store went to sooo mant to find an outdoor patio heater when they were on sale and this is where i got mine

I enjoy shopping at this Big W.I find it well set out and accessible, and great prices.I find the products easy to find and and the store is not too cluttered.They have self service if you want but I find I dont have to wait long to be served.
