We were greeted by a pleasant young lady with a lovely smile upon entry at Big W this morning and upon checking on an item that was on sale, Sue went out of her way today to meet our needs and we were very pleased with the service. Thank you Sue and all at Big W, Whitfords.

I went to buy an advertised special and was told by the salesperson that they were out of stock and would not be getting more I asked for a raincheck and they told me they don't issue rain checks. I was later told they do and to ask for the manager if they refused

I just did my first photo blanket for a gift for my brother this is through big w photo lab figitsu

I wasn't sure what the quality was going to be like but it was really good and it was done in about 10 days

You just upload your pictures onto a blank canvas they have for you on there site some images you may have to resize if you get an red x or yellow ii you can do cups also and then pick up from your local store from photo lab area allow a few days- week to do it on line though as when I did blanket I had issues getting it to work had to go back and fwd
If you sign up with the bigw photo section get deals like 60 ℅ off
You can make things like chopping board cups glasses photo books etc you get emailed a code
And can add extra pages for your album at the arrange pages section
The images that you upload need to be fairly high resolution or you will have to resize them or contact them

There is no back arrow so you can't go back so have to click out totally and then go back in also may have to try a few time to load extra pages if you want a larger one

The images load fairly quickly

some may need to be rotated so make sure they are all up the right way and in the photo frame properly

I would also wait a day after saving progect to make sure current saves are what will be in album for example as from what I've been told it just gets done by the computer/lab not done or checked by people and then sent out

So if pictures are wrong or you have an issue you can't cancel or delete project once it has been logged as an order even if you contact them straight after a purchase you won't find out until it turns up so contact them first with any issues before you place an order

ok but sometimes hard to find help when needed it quite well set out has a good range of different items for household, yourself, presents entertainment and good value for money

my experiance in this store was like all other big retail stores. very big and not much help form the staff. i had to wait for over 10 mins to get help and when they arived they wernt much help at all.
