I would definately not recommend Epping Big w as it is understaffed & hopeless customer service they have no idea what is on sale or making customers happy

great bargains few out the year, gets a bit so hot in summer for some reason. toilet in the store which are always handy for with the kids. waiting in line gets a bit annoying when they only have 2 or 3 people on, price checks take some time, and the service is a bit upsetting sometimes when employees get snappy

Great range of items as expected from Big W. Long queues when wanting to purchase which is very disappointing. Staff are friendly but security checks can sometimes be a little intrusive.
Great range of clothes at great prices for the kids and for adults

Great prices and great range as is typical of the Big W chain. It is really hard to beat them for value especially their range of new release books at excellent prices. My major problem with the store is their bag checkers as you leave the store they do not take the casual glance you expect but are extremely invasive and make me feel quite uncomfortable. This is some thing that needs to addressed by the management.

Huge store with a lot of items. A little cluttered with many items in the walkways. Very busy but good service. Only local toilets in store. Quite clean and tidy toilets. Good all round

very good variety of different products, homewares, clothing, electronics etc but went there on a saturday afternoon and saw a very long queue for the check out, disappointing to see that only a couple of staff members were at the check out

Big W IS GREAT! they have great items a very low price, lower than other stores, and the people help you out most of the time. However would be great if they had more stock for sale items.

overall a good experience..... service is good, lots of variety.... but sometimes things are out of stock even in first few days of thier specials..... they shud write limited tym for thier specials for each store, which wud save my trip for nothing........

they mostly don't have what i need whatever they show in the cataloug its not there only sometimes because one day i saw a clothing on sale in the cataloug then asked the lady there were is this clothing she said sorry but we only have 1 in stock they should have a bit more

Great store, however like a lot of other big stores, it can be a little unorganised, DVD's and books are everywhere which can make it hard if you're looking for something in particular. It feels a bit muggy on hot days too, not too sure why. But the service is good, lots of variety, overall a great store.
