I went looking for a particular book. I went to the Book Department, looked around but could not find it. I asked a satff member on the floor and she said she will come back to me. Twenty minutes later she never returned, i walke dout of the door disappointed. Will not go back ina hurry, went to Kmart and bought the book I was after.

This store is great to shop at the layout makes it easy to find things and the staff are very helpful once you locate them.

since moving to the area i found this variety store to have friendly staff and very prompt service. I can never find any staff on the floor but I have found shopping here that everything is set out really well and the ailses are very wide easy to manouver a heavy shopping trolley so i dont mind what time of the day I go.

When you walk in there are heaps of products at a lovely low price.....the quality is allright and so is the service so overall its a pretty good store.

Big range of stock and open to 9pm Monday to Friday, checkouts can be a bit slow sometimes as they tend not to put many staff on them
