Awesome staff and girl boss killing it
The staff are "fake friendly". Everything goes smoothly as long as you don't have an opinion that differs from theirs. My third visit here left me with brassy, uneven colour and a recommendation that I go to another hairdresser to have it fixed. A full refund has been offered, however absolutely no acknowledgement of failure to listen to a client or consult with a client on their part. Would not recommend.

We pride ourselves in our work and teamwork atmosphere.
After your toner was applied, the salon as a whole noticed the displeasure you had until you left. From drying, cutting, styling, checkout. Whatever was done just wasnt going to please you fully.
This has upset staff as this has never been an issue before.
You have already been refunded $30 for the toner because we could not come to a suitable time together to rectify any discrepancies.
As mentioned yesterday, we are open to refund you the rest of your service bill and end your affiliation with eachother. We were assuming this would have been done in a respectful and professional way.

Ebony is the best haidresser I have come across , her skills are fantastic , my hair always looks a million dollars when I leave the salon .

Simone is the kindest, gentlest beautician you could find. A real gem (not sure why I'm praising her - don't want her to be booked out when I need her!). My DD and I have our underarms and eyebrows waxed. She does a fantastic job and we will not go anywhere else now. I've been having my underarms and eyebrows waxed for 20 years, DD for about 3 and she is the best!

The staff at this salon are very friendly,and they listen to what you want. Prices may seem high to some but this is the average any where you go now. lovely salon,parking out front of shop and close to other shops. situated not far from frankston and karingal. would recommend you try.
This beauty business has the attractive advantage of free parking outside the door and a very competent therapist that genuinely enjoys her job. Great for eyebrows and facials, if the hairdressing side of the business is as good as the body this place is an absolute winner. Prices are at the upper end considering location but service is very good.
Dropped in here for a quick blowave whilst my car had broken down and they were able to take me straight away which was impressive but not the case when i left as the phone rang contantly and there were lots of walk ins making future appointments. My hair was exactly how i wanted it when i left... frizz to sleek straight and shiny.
