I would not recommend this company to anyone . Completly rude totall rip offs. Cost me $230.00 cash up front i stupidly paid on drop off and shouldve waited untill they collected the bin . They were 2 days late collecting the bin , and then they came when no one was home ,without speaking with me ..came in our gate, opened our double gates to front yard so he trespassed on property and proceeded to cover the bin and load it up with his truck ..he got the bin on the truck and sat for a couple mins talking on his mobile phone , after his phonecall he reverses the truck and bin and then tipped it all back off his truck , dumped the whole bin out! even giving it a shake to make sure it was all out onto my front lawn. ( i have cctv footage of it all!)
And then (by hand )picks up a couple bits of rubbish and throws it back into skip ,to make it look like there was at least something in it ..then loads the bin back on his truck and drives off! Leaving a huge pile of rubbish ,nearly everything that id paid and taken a week to load was left dumped in a pile on my front yard.. my double gates that he had opened ,were left wide open! with a trail of rubbish down my driveway onto the road!...in doing so they also let my 1yr old rottweiler out and he ran away! ... i had to pay over $250 to get him out of g.a.w.s..!
Better bins wouldnt answer there phone once i got home from work that day and saw what they had done.i demanded that the receptionsist either send her partner back to clean it up or give me my money back ! I told them i had cctv of everything that had occured and photos of all of it . She would not even listen or wasnt interested in working out anything or explaining. Nor did she want to see my videos or pictures of what her driver had done! Even the pics of all the rubbish they left behind shows it was not (banned or prohibited items !)
They havent answered numerous letters, emails or calls .
Disgusting!!
I have copys of all of this if anyone would like to see ! Then you will see why i am writting this . Im appauled!
I hope this doesnt happen to anyone else ..
