John is a life saver! My old chev broke down in the middle of a Sunday and I was worried I wouldn't be able to find someone with experience in older cars. I was blown away by the amount of knowledge John had about my car and he got to work straight away finding out the problem which he fixed for me in no time and even explained it in detail in a way that I could understand. John was an absolute pleasure to deal with and is clearly honest, hardworking and passionate about his field of work. I am so grateful to have found someone with so much knowledge who charges so fairly for their work. Will definitely use again and recommend to my friends.

Had a Kia Cerato that wouldn't start and John was available to come out straight away (unlike the first mobile mechanic i called).
This was my first time dealing with John but he will be the first call i make if i ever get stuck with car trouble again.
He got the car started with no fuss and even saved me some money by suggesting that it was likely a faulty part that was recently installed by another mechanic.
Rather than charge me to replace the part himself (as a lot of mechanics would do) he suggested that if i took it back to the original mechanic they would replace it for free (which they did).
Honest, knowledgeable and friendly without being condescending like some other mechanics.

Its good to finally find a down to earth, honest mechanic. Will be using for all my mechanical needs, not just emergencies.

What a great guy John is, it was NO hassle for him to come out and fix my son's car after it wouldn't start, reasonably priced and very helpful,

Amazing machanic John Mahony, fixed my car and he thought me a little bit about everything. I will never forget the hard work he did to make sure he was doing everything right. If ever in doubt about what is wrong, he will always work it out but testing and trying different things.
