Had very bad experienced with Bestway Travel, Sydney. 14 of us booked a tour to China on 15 Sept 2016. Since we weren't Australian Permanent Resident, we were asked to pay penalty of A$300/person. Closer to the actual date the agent named [Redacted name], told us that we ought to say we are Australian PR if asked by people in China. Why then we need to pay the penalty???

After that, we were asked to pay another A$500/person deposit. The condition was that we will get back our deposit for completion of the tour. Months went by, we still have not get back our deposit. [Redacted name] blamed people in China whom she admits took the deposit. One of our friends brought this case to police in China but told that China didn't keep the money. It was the agent who lied to us all.
