The guys installed three wardrobes at our house. They were okay, however when we called them recently to help readdress some shelving that just could not be accessed (because the shelves were put in a place where sliding doors are in the way), their response was to shirk responsibility because 'we agreed' ?! They designed, installed and are the experts??! Presumably if these guys ever went to a mechanic or doctor and got incorrect advice, they would be happy with 'but you agreed to it' as a response. After that call, they never called back as they said they would, to sort out a time to fix the problem.

DO NOT use this company. I had to paint the wardrobe after completion, despite them never mentioning this would be needed. They also demanded I leave work in the middle of the day to pay them on the spot at home. They are a backward company that uses old school payment methods. 5 months after the shabby job was done, my credit card was debited a second time for the total cost! I then called them to question it and the management of the business said they couldn't see my payment. I contacted my bank who confirmed my payment had cleared a week after the job was done. Very frustrating to say the least. DISGRACEFUL.

Not Recommended. Got the job done quickly but quality of materials looks cheap and they damaged cornices and picture rails. Damage they claimed was already there! Ridiculous. Also, became very UNPROFESSIONAL when it came to payment. Expected payment on the spot! Who carries thousands of dollars of cash in their pockets? We didnt want to pay until the job was finished and we were satisfied, who doesnt? Couldnt wait half an hour to be paid via direct deposit AND then was told to take the wardrobe doors back and started yelling at us! Who does that? Refused to leave the premises in the end we had to provide a receipt with proof of payment to get them out of the house. All they were concerned about was $$ - not customer service, therefore, not recommended. TIP: Cheapest isnt always the best; stay away from this businesses, they dont know how to manage or provide professional customer service. Go with a bigger professional company, you don't need the stress.

I had this company come out and do a quote, and they were never to be heard of again. I have followed up 5 times with emails asking for the quote, and nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone, not even an enemy, as they were a complete waste of my time. If they had NO intention of following through (and the job was not small by any means) they should not had bothered coming out in the first place. Terrible customer service.

I called to arrange a time for a quote, was told that they were driving I said did they want me to email my request, yes please was the response, I then a week later called to follow up my email to be told that they were having computer issues but they would take my booking for a quote over the phone I arranged for the following Monday I called that Monday in the morning to confirm the time for that afternoon was told yes that was still the time 4:30 they would call me if the time changed, I called 3 to confirm no answer, called at 4:45 not answer called at 5 no answer called at 5:30 no answer my mobile number would have showed up on their mobile still no response I attempted to leave a voicemail message not sure if that worked or not, Today a week after my initial quote was suppose to be done they called to confirm the time for this afternoon are you kidding me??? Poor customer service
