Left Bendigo Hospital late and the reception called a cab for me.
Within a minute or so I could see cab coming up from down the main road.
I had a large bag etc.
He stopped I jumped in n front seat and said hello very friendly.
The cab drivers demeanor was very cold and strange. .
Didn't say hello nothing.
Asked how his night had been no response.
I asked would there be any grocery shop or food shop open near the motel he was driving me to.
Again no answer. .
So I said it again and he mumbled 200 hundred metres up the road.
Paid fair thanked him etc still said nothing.
Sorry but the feeling I had with this guy was danger .
I truly feel that there's something not right with him. It was quite scary and his whole presence was quite strange.
Sorry don't trust him one bit.

If wanting a taxi on a Sunday in Eaglehawk best advice is to walk. Waited over 50mins and still didn’t turn up so zero stars from me. Looks like I can’t give zero stars so 1 I will have to give but really it is zero

have used this service many time when out on a big night easy to get a cab and always a comthy ride home as well also has a taxi rink in town where you can just catch a cab from or even share a cab with someone else very reasonable prices as well and always gets ya home safe and sound cheers

Honestly, I can take them or leave them. We have had some really bad, rude drivers. In fact, I find that to be the norm. One notable exception was a lady driver named Nonie. She was lovely and helped me unload my shopping at my door.

Bit overpriced and at times the staff can be rude but hey i cant complain because when i ring them its generally pretty desperate. They are always on time but are expensive.

i honestly think the taxi service in bendigo depends on the driver you get and the person you speak with when booking. most of the drivers are very nice and take you the quickest way but some of them have no idea and they just stuff you round also while talking on their headset in a different language i have missed my appointment at the doctors twice because the taxi didn't come and both the times when i rang back the lady said it had never been put into the system!

Ive only ever had taxis not come once and when we rang they sent another one straight away.
The drivers are generally nice and know where they are going but there are some that have no idea and others that take the long way just so they can charge you more!

If you have been drinking, some drivers are extremely rude to you, yet some are actually fantastic and very helpful. The pricing is a joke but if you call, they will come. They're a taxi service, can't expect them to be perfect I suppose and they do cope with a lot of rubbish from drunks etc.

I'm rating this purely on my limited experience with the company, and, in particular, an experience I had today. I was leaving Strathdale Shopping Centre when I saw a taxi pull up to pick up a very frail, elderly lady and her shopping. The driver sat in his seat and didn't move. The poor old thing was trying to open the door and lift her groceries and put them in the back seat because the driver didn't even open the boot.

I approached the taxi, leaned into the car and said to the driver "You could have helped her". His response? "yes". I loaded her groceries for her and saw her into the cab safely. Most disappointing to see such an inconsiderate person.

most of the drivers are very nice and take you the best way to where you need to go. some of them are terrible with directions and dont know hwere much is but overall its pretty good.
