Parking fines if you stay longer than 3 hours!!!

Great stores & nice people & great place to shop!!But beware of the 3hour parking limit in their Carpark! The carpark is the centres private parking & they get the local council to enforce the 3hour limit by getting the local parking inspectors to come out to their car park on big shopping times like Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas & also on rainy days as the parking inspectors must get bored & come out to collect more revenue from the local Bendigo shoppers! There is a sheriff van with flashing lights driving around the underground parking this week targeting shoppers buying Mother’s Day gifts & spending their hard earned money to support the local community & if you stay longer then their 3hours (so don’t indulge too long ) you will get a approx $100 fine in a couple of weeks!!! This is not good for the Shopping centre & not good for Bendigo! The HEADOFFICE management really needs to pull their heads in & look after the customers & stores or there wont be any stores operating to pay their wages to keep this centre going if this ridiculous behaviour keeps up!!!
Look out for the inspectors & flashing van & make sure you set an alarm
To let you know when you’re near the 3 hour limit to leave!!! Great work Market Place !

The Bendigo Market place has some great shops in it and is very central. But I remember when the post office was there and have had experiences with other shopping centers that have been created with mum's in mind there are quite a few areas that our bendigo market place is lacking but over all it has improved and is a lot bigger then when it was first built so that is a good thing.

Bendigo's busiest shopping centre. It has it all, except decent food. Lots of specialty stores and the usual suspects (woolies/bigw). Good opening hours, parking is free, which is a bonus, but we find there are not enough disabled parking spaces.

One of my shopping places there is a good variety of shops and its all under cover and plenty of free parking, i go there weekly and i quite often have lunch there they have KFC, sub, Chinese food, pie shops, coffee shops and much more. Big w and Safeway are the main big stores they also have dick smiths, Sanity best for less cheap shops whats new jewery shops phone shops such as telstra and optus, chemist, news agents and much more i would recommend it as a place to go to do your shopping it also is close to town and target so you can park for free and go for a short walk into town and not pay for parking.

One of my favourite shopping places! in a great location, has ATM's, plenty of shops and the food court is amazing. I could live there. And there are plenty of shops to choose from and you can shop there and come out with everything you need for your everyday life.

The Bendigo Marketplace has all the fashion shop's you need to find that outfit for most occasions.
Supermarket at on end, Big W in the middle, Dick Smith mega store and a food court if you get a bit peckish with a good selection from different culture's.
A Butcher, Chicken, cake's and Bread all individual shop's No Post office thought, that closed with the renovations took palce a few years ago.

Heap's of parking to the back and front of the complex, undercover fill's up fast. Not to many disable spot's I did notice and not really in a very good position for those that are there.

There are lots of car parking spaces, although the undercover ones fill up quite quickly.

The Marketplace has a great range of stores and food courtyard for a regional shopping complex.
