been there a few times they are always willing to take on new patients and they do bulk bill...however you can sometimes wait a long time to be seen to,the doctors i saw seemed quite competant and were thorough
It is my understanding that this bussiness has now closed its doors. It was done in quite a negative way and customers are lfet out in the cold. Not good bussiness
Just to let you know the doctors have moved to Waurn Ponds shopping centre. From what one of the Doctors told me the management had a lot to do with it closing and patients being left in the dark.
I found it difficult to get an appointment with my usual doctor at short notice. I was happy to see a substitute doctor. However, when I had to book my follow up appointment, my substitute doctor was then not available and follow up phone calls do tend to take a while to be returned to you. However, the nurses are lovely and the doctors are good at their jobs.
I have every confidence in this group of highly qualified Doctors, their priority is to put their patients at ease and keep them fully informed. There is a competent group of nurses to assist with dressings etc. Time is available for the patient to be happy with the treatment received.
