I highly recommend Beenleigh Electrical for their service quality in the office and in the field. Michael replaced our air conditioning unit on one of the Moreton Bay islands in a most professional and competent manner. He arrived on time with the barge and cleaned up after the unit was successfully commissioned. Communications could not have been better.

DO NOT USE! We put our classic (1954 model) fridge in for repairs as it had stopped working. TWELVE MONTHS of stories a different excuse each time we enquired, we finally threaten legal action to get our fridge back. No work had been done to the fridge, no parts had been purchased AND they broke the hinge on the door. No apology either to us for 12 months.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was disgusting!!! I have never had to deal with such bad service and this was coming from the management!!.The management staff was highly unprofessional. Do not use this company at all best to use another one. I think this company needs new staff and a new management! Oh and i when i made a complaint to them they were even more ruder and didnt take it seriously and blamed it all back on me, this all started because i could not remeber the person i spoke to early that day?? they said i wasnt helping them one bit if i dont know how was thy meant to know? not everyone records these things exspecially when you have a screaming kid in the background.!
