Thank you for your courtesy call re our new purchase. We had already purchased a king ensemble about ten years ago. This was actually two long single bed bases, two individual latex mattresses and two sets of ergo slats. My mattress is softer than my husband's. The beds are clipped together and the mattresses zipped together. We needed to do it this way as we have a very narrow staircase and it would have been impossible to get a king size bed upstairs.

We now have a holiday house where we spend at least half our time where I found
the old innerspring mattress most uncomfortable! In fact I was waking each morning feeling extremely stiff. I may as well have been sleeping on a mattress on
the floor! This made me appreciate how comfortable our Beds for Backs bed in our other house is. I have now bought a king set of ergo slats to fit into our bed frame at the new house and a pocket spring mattress. Now we are sleeping comfortably for the whole week. We chose the pocket spring mattress as it was
less expensive than the latex. This was recommended by Paul. It is beautiful to sleep on and unlike the innerspring there are no pressure points for hips and shoulders.

I especially wish to thank Rick who visited us and spent an hour and a half fitting the ergo slats into our existing bed frame and adjusting the slats individually for my husband and me. He even said he would come again later if we
needed another consultation.

Thanks Paul for the great service the other day in providing me with extra blocks for the slats bed system which we purchased from you a few years ago.

With my wife having Back problems, this has been the only bed, which has suited our needs and resulted in pain free nights. The adjustable slats system is exactly what we needed as we can customize each side to our particular requirements. I would recommend to other people who find the conventional mattress system uncomfortable.
