I bought a Galaxy S8+. The price was competitive. All went well except the final delivery. DHL shipped the item from Hong Kong to Australia but then handed it on an Australia Post Express contractor which made a mess of delivering it to my home. I recomend Becextech find a more dependable method of delivery.

I've been using Becextech for almost 3 years now and this is the first feedback I made. Always great prices. I recently had an order go missing in shipping. The order was replaced upon contacting Customer Service.
Shortly after, I placed another order, and emailed in for extra information and service. They took exceptional care of me, making up for the last interaction. Great job.

My Rose Gold iPhone 6s in open box came in even better condition than I had hoped for. I thought there'd be more light scratches and marks being a display model, however all I've noticed so far is some small marking on the apple icon on the back! Thank you for quick and plesant transaction.

Loved working with this and even though I didn't take up postage insurance, they kept checking where it was until I responded that I had received the goods.

Becextech has been a go to site for me with regards to electronics for many many years. I had to call about an issue with something in my cart that I wanted to purchase, and as at it was in my cart, the price changed as well as the shipping cost. I was not pleased. So I emailed them who was patient with me and helped me get through this situation in a satisfactory way. Thanks

I would not recommend to anyone to buy from this company there service is non existent I purchased an IPhone and it is a dud, it was purchased September 2016 and sent back within weeks with problems they had it for about a month and sent back to me saying it was repaired but it was not it had the same issues and was returned to them in March 2017 and it is now May 2017 and still no date as to when it will be repaired..

I would recommend them i have dealt with many different suppliers over many years and have settled on Becextech as our main supplier of phones.
We have purchased some fifty phones over seven years, in that time we have only had one failure , which we returned and it was replaced, even though it was outside their seven day replacement period, dealing with their Support desk was simple and efficient and the support staff are pleasant and responsive.

Great product from Fujifilm! The X-T10 mirrorless is amazing.

But sadly a terrible shopping experience from Becextech.

Firstly, they clearly lie about the time in which they process the order. They state on their website "leaves warehouse within 1-3 business days". I assume this it to trick people into thinking they ship from Australia and not overseas. I also paid with PayPal express checkout thinking this would be a quick turn around.

Secondly, After 5 business days and no contact from them I emailed about the progress of my purchase. They just said to check the tracking. On the tracking website i found out it hadn't even left HongKong yet, and this was the case until 7 business days after purchase.
I was then told by BecexTech that my package had been attempted to be delivered and i needed to call the courier or my package would be destroyed. I then had to call the tracking company and they informed me that there was no street number written on the package so they couldn't even try to deliver it and they hadn't been given a phone number to call me either. The camera didn't arrive until a total of 10 business days after purchase. I understand this isn't a long time but don't state a quicker processing time on your website if you don't intend on providing it to your customers.

Thirdly, when the camera arrived and i opened the box, looking through the contents the first thing I saw was a bad quality adapter for the Chinese power supply, no where does it say that the plug wouldn't be Australian, the cheap adapter does not stay in the socket and I pretty much have to hold it to get the battery to charge. Next I realised there was no 4GB SD card that was included in the advertised package and paid for. I emailed their support straight away for the sixth time and still waiting their reply.

At this point I just hope the camera is genuine and not a cheap knock off because i don't even trust the extended warranty i purchased of them.

So basically the whole experience with BecexTech was very disappointing to say the least and i won't be shopping with them again and will tell others not to either.

Definitely not.... Delivery of my NEW iphone 6 plus took 6 weeks after heaps of bull**** from Becextech, phone has continually played up since then to the point that I took it to a recognized agent locally and was told it was built from faulty bits and was not worth fixing................ dodgy business
