My first visit here will unfortunately be my last, I read dozens of reviews for spray tans in the area before booking my wedding tan trial at Beautyologist. I discussed my desire for a light sun kissed result with the lady who took my booking as well as my beautician on the day.
After following her instructions to a T i was horrified by the results- I had never seen such a poor result, from the lasting bronzer streaks which after 3 showers still look dirty to the deep red artificial colour it left on my naturally fair skin AND the reaction of blisters that appeared on my chin.
In the name of full transparency I DID go back in tears the next day where a 3rd girl was very sympathetic and offered me my money back, but the loops she had to go through while on the phone to her boss asking insinuating questions was very insulting and made me feel like such an inconvenience. The product they use is called Naked tan and I do not recommend it. My 2 stars go to the way the 3rd girl handled my complaint with empathy and class

my first experience at beautyoligist was definitely not what I was expecting. I was referred there from a trusted friend as I was looking for somewhere with a good reputation regarding spray tans. as I walked in I was greeted by such lovely ladies that definitely looked professional and friendly. as I followed the lady to receive my tan I was shown to a small room outside, which was cold dark and quite unexpected. I felt as though I had gone to a different shop as it was the opposite of inside that was bright, clean and full of lovely aromas. after my tan, I walked back through to the front of the shop to see the beaming smiles of the ladies working there, this reassured me that there was a reason I went there. I have to say, my tan has been the best I have ever had and I go back on a regular basis. it just took a while to get use to going out the back into a less classy area.

I had my first facial at Beautyologist, my local beauty therapist salon and I can not fault this place in anyway. The service is impeccable, the rooms are clean and gorgeous. The therapists are so lovely and experienced. My saturday appointment was last minute and they still managed to make time for me even though they were extremely busy. My facial was so thorough, I was there for more than 1 hour.

I've booked my next one and I definitely recommended this place to my family and friends.
