This salon only provides 3 months on their gift vouchers before they expire! I received mine as a lovely gift for my birthday. A few days after my birthday my entire home was packed up as we renovated. 3 - 4 months after we moved back in and unpacked everything I found all my birthday gifts with many of the vouchers having a 6 - 12 month expiry date. Seeing the expired date on the voucher for this store I called and explained my situation. The staff did not care in the least, and admitted that this happens all the time with their short expiry period. I encouraged to extend their time period on vouchers if they experienced this issue all the time and the staff rudely replied "This is how its been for a long time!". I've never received or bought a voucher that lasts less than months. This business is enjoying receiving money for gift vouchers, having them expire very quickly and not having to render any services for the money. In the end I think I am quite happy I did not go for the "relaxation massage" my friends bought as the rude and unhelpful manner of the staff there does not exude a particularly relaxing or stress-free environment. Choose one of the many other beauty salons in the area.

This business focuses on giving the best customer service and professionalism at all times. From what one is stating.. Il provide and example if a receipt is lost when you have purchased something most of the time it can not be redeemed and taken back if lost. It's the stores regulations not in any way wanting to just make a profit for it. When vouchers are brought the person giving it expects the voucher to be used when purchased if it dosent before the expiry date it isnt and should not be the Tellers responsibility for this happening.
