Very helpful staff who were happy to help even when I was just browsing the huge range of fishing products
seriously stuffed up my order multiple times, and in the end many of the products fell apart, or were never delivered, even after getting in touch with BCF headquarters, I was completely ignored multiple times, and still have no response 3 months later, which is simply rude, amateur and unethical. Consumer affairs will be interested to hear this.
these people where very helpful nothing was to much trouble and they spent more than 5 minutes trying to help they went through every fitting for me only trouble was they couldnt find what i wanted
