Have taken my baby here for swimming lessons the teacher is so nice and there are good nappy changing facilities. The showers are nice and hot. The pool is warm.

This is a great place for kids. There are many pools available and are for different levels. The staff are very attentive and there are lots of amenities available including lockers.

value is good, low prices to get into the pool.
i found the place quite dirty though, mainly due to the kids.. thought they could have been a bit more clean

We went to go and sauna after work. Sauna is pretty small and packed with people, but overall good. hygiene seems good at Bayswater waves.

Excellent range of group fitness classes to suit all tastes and times. Gym well equipped though it's packed during peak times (5-7pm weeknights) but it's the same at every gym you go to. Staff range from helpful and friendly to surly and rude. I go to keep fit not make friends with the staff so it's water off a duck's back to me!

They have a great range of pools but you need to go mid morning to miss the workers rush and then the afterschool rush.

Great value group fitness classes with a good range and excellent value. I regularly attended a number of classes - from body pump to combat and was always impressed by the professionalism of the instructors and never had a class cancelled.

You can get a great value workout here! Only problem is on a busy day/weekend avoiding all the kids, but great if you want to do a few quiet laps after or before work. It's also great if you enjoy unwinding in the spa after your workout. Much cheaper than a gym
