Extremely happy with the repair job. Very professional business. Very helpful and kept me up to date with progress. Have used on several occasions both privately and insurance claims and the workmanship has been first class on every occasion. Handled all the arrangements with the insurer so as I didn't have to communicate with the insurance co. Would recommend for a first class job.

great service and repair was excellant. Cadillac came back looking great. Will not take my Cadillacs anywhere else now.

Car came out worse than it went in. It went in for a small dent made by a rock, came out with scratches all over the doors which they tried to claim were there before. Dodgy business, save youself the hassle and go elsewhere.

my experience with Bayer Smash Repairs was good getting our quote. The only thing is the car was only late by 1 day of the expected pick up date. The workmanship was good

Absolute rubbish company to deal with, terrible communication, awful service, average repair job. Older office woman is incredibly rude, so unorganised, got my car confused with other jobs on more than one occasion, 5 weeks after picking up car, still haven't invoiced insurance company so I can be reimbursed. Will never use this repairer again, they should be ashamed of themselves.
