New patient, with well cared for teeth, general checkup and cleaning. Probably the best experience I've had with a dentist. Treated me with kindness, respect and professionally. Insurance coverage was handled easily. Brought me in for care early and out even earlier. Immediately recommended them to my wife.

Bay Street dentist were fantastic, they fitted me in last minute to have had my wisom teeth out! They took very good care of me and Jackie was great to deal with. Highly recommend

My husband and I moved to Port Melbourne three years ago and have been going to Bay Street Dental for all check-ups and dental issues since then. They are a wonderful team, really friendly and professional. While Dr Herson is our usual dentist, we have had appointments with both dentists We highly recommend this practice for any dental issue - nothing is too small or big for them, and they are always happy to help.

been to lots of dentists throughout my life but bay st is the best by far. The whole group makes you feel welcome from the time you enter the door to the time you leave. What is often a frightening experience for people is surely managed by the energy and comfort this place exudes. Highly recommended.

The staff here are wonderful and make you feel so at ease. They are super friendly. The dentist's bedside manner is fantastic. They are a dentist I highly recommended because they won't rip you off. Pricing is good and they won't make you have any extra procedures that what is necessary.
