Hello to Tony, Wayne and the crew of Bathtime Bathrooms. I want to putting on record how satisfied Ann and I are with the bathroom and laundry renovation you carried out recently. The whole project, from beginning to end was dealt with in a very friendly and professional manner. We are both completely satisfied with the result. Any difficulties were dealt with promptly, efficiently and with an attention to detail we came expect from the knowledgable and professional tradespeople involved. Almost 12 months ago we engaged Bathtime Bathrooms to begin work on an ensuite renovation. Our plan was to give them one bathroom initially and then see how they performed, in terms of professionalism and the quality of work.
From the early discussions we had with them they listened to what we wanted, suggested ideas and gave us a realistic expectation of cost. They also provided a project manager who would oversee the work and the various trades and ensure that everything would be left as tidy as possible at the end of the day and that all rubbish would be removed from the site when appropriate.These things were an important consideration for us as we continued to live in the space at the same time.
As we discovered, doing a bathroom renovation is more complicated than it appears on ‘The Block’. Over several weeks at least 5 - 6 different trades were involved in the project but we found them all to be friendly and respectful.
Not everything went according to plan during this first phase however. There were some unforeseen issues with the structure of the house and a complication occurred with the floor of the bathroom. These problems were quickly rectified however, at no cost to us and whilst the time taken to complete the project was longer than expected, no excuses were made and we were kept informed every step of the way. It was during this difficult time that we were impressed with their honesty and the dedication shown to get things back on track and deliver a bathroom with the quality finishes we expected.
In fact, we were delighted with the completed bathroom. It was exactly what we wanted and we were very happy with the finishes and attention to detail. Relationships were also built over this time, as we found both Tony and Wayne to be friendly, attentive and true to their word.
It was this professionalism and quality of work that decided us to continue with them as we renovated the rest of the house.
Over the last few months Bathtime Bathrooms went on to renovate the second family bathroom, toilet and laundry. They also stripped out the old kitchen, wardrobes and cupboards.

We have been most pleased with the quality of work completed by Bathtime Bathrooms and we would have no hesitation in recommending them. We appreciated their professionalism which was illustrated by the attention to detail, their friendliness and honesty and of course by the end result!
