This is the worse property manager I have ever dealt with within my 5 years of renting. He is not only refused to response to my urgent request of fixing the property but also threaten to sue me for getting other plumber to fix the problem. On top of that, he passed me to someone that introduced himself as the BP director (but refused to give out his name) and this guy continued threaten to sue me if I give them a bad feedback or if I get other handy man to fix the toilet myself. He also mentioned that the landlord has been with them for so long so they rather act on his favor than serving my urgent need. My property was damage from the toilet to the backyard which significantly affected my health and well being. The property name was JP. Would you want to rent out your property through an agent that treat tenants this bad?
