As Barry Plant have a strong hold over the area we reside in, we thought as they have advertised and emphasized professionalism is the foundation of their services they would be ideal to manage a home we had for rental. It works out that the motto "I DON'T CARE" literary seems to be the only attitude that comes from the director himself, therefore leaving very little to say the least in relation to any other staff involved with the Property Managers. Not only was there a lack of care and attention to landlord requests but an abusive phone call from the owner himself, with no professionalism to any concerns a client may be making in relation to their property. The utter lack of professionalism and decency is the tip of the iceberg.
The atrocious activities these agents are preforming as a service is something you need to be cautious of.
Totally rude and borderline abusive is part of the services provided to potential clients. Landlords beware.....!!!!
