I needed a special up do for my 30th birthday and one of the staff highly recommended, however on the morning of my booking they called and said the staff wasn't available however assured me that the replacement could still do what I wanted. The staffs tried their best however were unable to do a finger weave as requested, in trying to do so there was significant breakage and my hair is now in much poorer condition. This was not really their fault however a more experienced hairdresser should have been able to see from the start that the style I wanted was either not possible or not within their skill level. In the end I just had them leave my hair down, however I was still charged for an up-do. I would not recommend for this reason- I booked a specialist and in the end did not get what I wanted however was charged for something I did not receive. The staff are nice and friendly though, and at the time I was so distressed I did not make a fuss or would have ended up crying and ruining my make-up for the night.

I have just returned from this salon and I have to admit that the experience was great. The friendly and down to earth customer service was fantastic and the initial chat with the stylist was thorough. The prices are reasonable and the coffee was so yummy, and I was in and out in less than an hour for a wash (with awesome head massage and masssage chair), cut and blow dry!
