After having huge issues with another bank and trying to get a replacement card I decided I had enough of having a bank that didn't seem to care about me.
So, I looked around and even though they are all as bad as each other I came across Bank of Queensland. I received a call the same day as sending my application asking how they can assist me further. This was surprisingly refreshing. I also received more follow up calls and updates on my application. I wasn't to confident when speaking to the credit card lady when finding out more information but things have turned out well and everything has gone smoothly and fast.
I'm not saying they are perfect but so far so good.
