This business only opened a week ago at Portside and I have yet to enjoy their amazing range of chinese delicacies from both a full dining menu and a yumcha selection. However, I couldn't find their contact details online so rang the original cafe at Southbank. The very polite and helpful man who answered the phone admitted that he did not know but would find out and ring me back. And he was true to his word, ten minutes later, a phonecall back with all the details, and he even wished me a pleasant meal. Now that is great customer service, which just means that I will be happy to visit both venues for Bamboo Basket.
