What can I say Tasha is one of the most professional and pleasant hairdressers I have been to in a long time. I am so happy with what she did to my hair and I was so amazed at the use of tissues :-) never had it done before but it is by far the best technique I have ever had so much closer to my regrowth then ever before number one hairdresser in my eyes

I met Heather and her beautiful salon for the first time on Feb 27 and will definitely be coming back. I left with the right colour, cut, products and great advise on taming my frizzy hair. I can highly recommend this salon, it offers excellent and personalized attention.

I met Heather and her team for the first time this week and will definitely be going back again! Having recently moved to Brisbane and generally speaking avoiding going to the hairdressers after a series of particularly bad cuts in my teenage years, I researched around and decided to try Avenida solely based on the amounts of positive reviews on various pages. The service, personal touches, friendliness of staff and knowledge of hair was unsurpassable. Heather managed to patiently tend to my mane of curly, long, thick hair, correcting its colour back after a terrible home dye job. I would highly recommend the salon to anyone and can see why clients travel for over 30 minutes to come see Heather and her team. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Love visiting this salon. It has a great vibe, its trendy and most of all has great staff. I travel 30 minutes to visit the salon and will continue to do so knowing I am always getting great service. I'm lucky enough to have found a great hairdresser in Heather and would recommend both Heather and Tash at Avenida Hair.

So excited and happy that Heather now has her own salon! I met Heather some 10+ years ago when I randomly walked into a hairdressers at Garden City. She has been doing my do ever since. Her professionalism and experience is the reason why I have followed Heather in the past and now to her very own salon! The salon is smart and classy and I am looking forward to my next visit ... where I can enjoy a glass of wine while getting my haircut.

First visit ... not impressed. Went in for a treatment for my damaged hair, a trim (with a request for some layers) and a blow dry finish. Came out with hair that felt more course than when I went in, a bob cut (which I hate - when will Brisbane stop doing bob cuts), no layers, no style and a blow dry which was no better than I can do myself. I was hoping to come out of a salon feeling glamorous. I came out looking frumpy, feeling like a boring house wife, and anxious to find another hairdresser. Very unhappy.

I was recommended Heather as a hairdresser over a year ago, and I am really excited to be following her to Jackie Trout Hair Design! Heather is a first rate hairdresser, who listens to her clients. I always leave Heather feeling like a million dollars! I would have no hesitation in recommending the salon to anyone. Location is great, the salon is fabulous!

Beautiful salon, I was greeted with a cold glass of wine, Tasha took her time with me and gave me 5 star service! Was definatly worth the travel and I wont be going anywhere else :)
