I have had Audi cars on and off over the past 6 or so years and a friend referred on to Auto Union Deutsche
Independent, as a Audi & VW service centre specialist.

I asked my friend why he would refer to me to them, and he said they are just as good or even better then an Audi dealership and much cheaper.

So I booked my Audi A4 in for a service with Auto Union Deutsche
Independent as it really need one, and my friend was right, best customer service I have ever had at any Audi Service Centre and it was so cheap, I actually walked out with my limbs.

They were NOT good at listening. I asked 3 times for a diagnostic check on my Audi, which they never completed. I asked them to check a leak from the coolant hose running to the oil filter mounting - they instead checked for an oil leak. The work they did was good, but they did not do all of the work I asked for...

Approximate cost: $650

Fast, reliable, friendly, and professional service, gave me a free loan car for the day so I could still get around and work.
Much cheaper than normal AUDI service centers, like 40% cheaper.
I am going back again because I know value when i find it and the only work with AUDI.
