Last week we had a 6 star energy rated unit installed with 11 ducts and and 4 zones.

Customer service was very good, Jason listened to all our requirements for the system, worked to achieve them and kept us informed all through out the process.

Aaron and the rest of the installation team turned up when they said they would, were polite and friendly. They also cleaned up after themselves.

The system is working brilliantly, happily recommend Australian Climate Systems.

Dan is an excellent Air Conditioning and Heating expert. He is fantastic at what he does, he has great knowledge in AC and heating and very professional. He spent time explaining every detail of what was required and made sure I understood. Kylie and the administration staff are very helpful and tradesmen were reliable, punctual and polite. I would definitely recommend using their services to anyone that needs AC and heating installed.

I did alot of research for ducted heating and contacted several places for a quote. Kylie from Australian Climate Systems called me within a couple of days to arrange an appointment.

They were very prompt with keeping me up to date. I was extremely happy with the quote and their customer service was exceptional.

On the day of install Aaron along with 2 other guys arrived on time. They were polite and very friendly. They were also accommodating to my 18 month old daughter who was initially scared of the noises.

ACS were recommended to us by a fussy builder friend. He was correct in all details. ACS fitted two air con units in our home five months ago on time, all cleaned up, competitive price (not the most important consideration). They have very amenable, skilled and efficient staff in the office and on site. Both reverse cycle units work beautifully, quietly, and as suggested they would. We could not recommend any company and staff more highly.

Had a multihead (4) Daikin air-conditioning system installed whilst building a new home. Chose Australian Climate Systems as we like to support local suppliers. Sales, Administration and Installation staff were very friendly, nothing was a problem, time frames were adhered to and the job site was left completely clean and tidy. Commissioning was arranged for after we moved into our home and was completed very efficiently. Thoroughly recommend Jason, Kylie and the team - 10 out of 10!
