Made to use this business by insurer on 5-week old car.
I could put up with the 3-month wait for parts, but the 7 months of dealing with the damage done to the rest of the car by the technicians is beyond a joke.

The final straw is the tailgate now has a broken strut due to misalignment, and is a danger to my family as it drops unexpectedly.

Aust Hail Network, Clayton. Private job removing 8 hail dints. Did not use insurance as the excess was more than the quote. Excellent job - they restored panels to original condition with no sign of any damage. Work was done in one day. My job required no painting. They required payment in cash. I recommend this business for repair of hail damage.

They booked a time for the repairs that suited my needs and completed the job earlier than expected. This is the most professional, efficient, friendly service I have encountered in a long time.
