At the beginning of this year my husband and I decided that we would do a major outdoor renovation. Our pool needed work, the old pavers on the terrace were looking tired and had sunk here and there and, in summer we couldn't sit out there without frying! From the quote, explanation of the payment structure, removal of the existing pergola to the final construction of our new pergola, everything flowed quickly and efficiently. The tradesmen were prompt, friendly and left the area very clean upon completion.
We are really pleased with our new pergola; it has greatly improved our outdoor entertaining area.
We'd like to thank Aussie Outdoor Living for recommending an electrician to us – Chris of Interlight - installed lights and a fan in our pergola which are a great addition.
The only negative would be that the gutters on the outside of our pergola have not been fitted with any type of gutter guard and as we have a number of large trees around us we now need installed a gutter guard protection. Aussie Outdoor Living referred a company to us.
We would not hesitate to recommend Aussie Outdoor Living to anyone considering a pergola.

We could not be happier! The best building company I have ever dealt with! We could not see how to get an awning to work in our yard but with the experience these guys have it showed us that almost anything is possible. They came when they said they would. Did what they said they would do. Great craftsmanship. Cleaned up after they finished. What more could you ask for!

I recently had a new pergola and decking built which involved demolishing the old structure and dealing with a very helpful labrador who saw himself as the tradies assistant. Aussie Outdoor Living and their staff were very professional, from the time we received quotes to the completion of the job. Every aspect was considered and discussed so that there were no surprises. All promises were delivered and I have not been disappointed by the job done. The tradies involved were efficient and considerate and met their predetermined timetable. I would certainly recommend this company to others and would certainly use them again.

We have recently undertaken a huge project which involves a complete overhaul of our entire backyard. Part of the project was to install a gabled pergola & double carport which Chris Riley & his team carried out. We are very, very happy & satisfied with the result of these two components. We are mostly impressed with the quality of workmanship & attention to detail Chris' boys (Ben & Steve), have applied to the job. Not to mention their courteous & friendly manner & efficiency in completing the job so quickly. While the entire project took about three months to complete, which became very stressful in the end, to say the least, Chris' team only took two weeks to complete both the carport & pergola. Chris helped us immensely throughout the entire process; from the design stage, through to council application & approval, and finally to the completion. Chris also helped us a great deal by recommending other tradesmen to complete our project. Last but not least, Chris used a photo of our deck as the homepage for his company's website, which absolutely thrilled us to bits & made us feel proud!
