Offer free postage to send phone to them. Phone was fixed and returned promptly and work appeared to be satisfactory. HOWEVER, booked a screen protector, received phone back without one. Screen got damaged again so I called them to confirm that I had booked the screen protector. They told me that they don't stock screen protectors for all types of handset and didn't stock one for the phone I sent. There is nothing on their booking screen to say so, which is misleading, and there was no communication from them to say so, so I was expecting something they couldn't and wouldn't provide. They simply just didn't provide one. When I called them to discuss they didn't want to talk over the phone, just told me to send an email from their website which they have not replied to. Will not be using them again.

Website says 60 min repairs but you really have to wait several days. Got my phone back finally after calling several times and the tempered glass that I paid $20 for, chipped at the bottom. Wouldn't use them again.

Great customer service from Ben at the Capalaba central shop. He was very prompt, happy and friendly. I will definitely be going there again if needed and telling my friends about his great service . Well done Ben!

WORST PLACE EVER NEVER USE

Put my phone in for repair, they didn't contact me to let me know it was done. I had to race down to catch them at 5pm, which I was able to. But when I got home they had forgetton the screen protector and there was a defect with the screen.

Took it in this morning, they said they could fix it and put another screen on and add the screen protector they forgot.

They said they would be there at 5pm so i could pick my phone up, got there at 4:53pm and the store was closed.

Ive lost my phone for 2 days now due to their incompetence.

Will be rewquesting full refund as this is absolutley bullshit

Don't use these guys!!! Had a screen replaced and it cracked due to being faulty. They didn't even inspect it and I get an email to say they won't fix it and it now voids my warranty and if I don't like it contact ACCC...obviously they have done this several times with that kind of response. Can't say stay away enough.

I went to get my phone screen replaced and had to return a number of times. The first time, my speaker was left out, the second, my headphone jack was left out, the third, my headphone jack wasn't plugged in properly. Now sometimes my phone won't play through my headphones. Or it will think I have headphones plugged in when I don't and I won't be able to use my speaker phone. Will have to get someone else to fix this.

I have been having trouble getting someone to fix my S6 smashed screen sue to no stock on Gold Coast.. I was getting very concerned. I called your store and had such great service from Leigh. I packed up the husband and drove from Gold Coast.

The store was very busy with customers and we recieved brilliant service and the speed was fabulous. Congrats to the owners for having such competent staff like Leigh and Nathan.

We will be recommending you as often as we can.

DO NOT USE, DO NOT GIVE WARRANTY FOR REPLACING SCREEN WITH FAULTY SCREEN. I contacted them to replace the screen in my phone. Had to wait 5 days for replacement screen due to the stock they had was faulty. Had to find phone to use during this time. Replacement screen was faulty, didn't give me a phone number to contact them. When I did have time to contact them, I had dropped the phone and it had smashed the screen where it didn't fit. inside the parameters of the phone. Had to go to shop to discuss, they did not take correct email address from me so I had to return to shop to find out if they were going to replace the screen. They declined to replace even though they had fixed the phone with a faulty screen. These screens were faulty also. Since leaving the shop with the phone, the sound doesn't work, I can only phone out sometimes and text sometimes. So much for $120.00 for new screen. They do not give a warranty for supplying faulty screens. Take your money and run.
