I have been going to Astute Fitness for over 3 yrs and its by far the best gym I have been to. Darrell and his team are fantastic - very friendly, knowledgable and motivating. I enjoy my sessions there immensely and have achieved a fitness level I never thought I would through challenging yet achievable sessions. All fitness levels are catered for very well.
The facilities are clean and well maintained.

Giving such a high rating to a business may seem unlikely or unrealistic, I cannot recommend daryl and his gym high enough. I work as a dance performer and teacher, and Darryls training program has enabled me to lift my technique whilst also sheilding away injury.
Darryl is a very knowledgeable and experienced fitness expert,
also having genuine success at national championship level PLUS the gym is immaculately clean, well presented, with efficient and friendly staff.

Astute Fitness allows you to train in a friendly & relaxed environment where you can get personal attention without the cost associated with other gyms. The small group environment means its easy to stay motivated, the staff are great & the workouts are varied. I highly recommend Astute Fitness!

Astute Fitness provides great small group personal training in an environment suitable to all levels. Staff are friendly and encouraging and provide variety in their sessions. This without question beats large commercial Gyms and is motivational to achieving your goals.

I don't like commercial gyms (electronic machines, TV's and bodybuilders) so Astute Fitness' spacious, clean and bright studios really suits me. The trainers have been great help and really supportive. For less than $30 per hour session it's also GREAT VALUE!!!

I found Astute Fitness to be a fantastic new studio with excellent facilities and dedicated trainers with enthusiastic and positive attitudes. Daryl, the owner, has been in the industry for 20 years and the experience shows in how he presents and manages the studio.
