Having computer checked and being shown the reasons we were having problems eg age of computer etc and then after lots of helpful discussion being told availability and prices of new ones and we agreed to doing this. Service etc by Chaim overall was Excellent in all ways and helpful to one who doesn't know a lot about computers

I am an IT Manager located in Melbourne but we have an office in Toowoomba, our IT services were outsourced to a large external company for a number of years and over that time things were not well run and in some instances dangerous.
