I'm a tradesman in my 50's and have been having regular massages from Adam for 18 months. Adam has helped me greatly with back, hip and neck pain. I now have increased flexibility and movement thanks to Adam.

One of the best sports therapist I have been to. I do a lot of heavy weight training and require fixes every now and then. I believe Adam is the fix to all your aches and pains.

Adam was great from the minute i made the booking till he finished the treatment, the music, candles, oils he used were so magical, he has the best hands,pressure and quickly find my tight sore muscles. you cant beat his prices either, and i paid with eftpos now.I will be back within a fortnight, and will let my friends know. Have been seeing Adam now for a few months for remedial massages for my neck/shoulder/back issues. He is an excellent massage therapist who is genuinely interested in helping you. Adam is also very flexible with his business hours (not many good massage therapists can do that).

I would highly recommend Adam to anyone looking for a massage.

Following the recommendations from other users and finding a voucher on here I booked my first massage with Adam on Friday.
I am an active person and have had numerous massages before so I know what to expect from a good massage.
Adam was very good, he listened to me and was able to identify and release the tight and sore spots in my shoulders and neck - I only wish I had booked a longer massage!
I will be going back for more massages soon to deal with some other niggles!
