I usually do not write reviews, but after this mornings conversation which occurred only 1hr ago I felt compelled to write about my short but negative experience with Arjan Motors. I had an accident a few weeks back and my insurer recommended arjan motors. After looking at this review and their website, I decided to get a quote from them. The quote process was fine and they advised me that an assessment may be required and that this is booked in for today (with my availability) which was fine. I have since heard nothing from arjan motors and could not bring the car in today for the assessment due to some unfortunate circumstances. We were only aware of our circumstances on Friday and had other commitments so could not call Arjan to advise. Upon speaking to them today, the staff on the phone was initially aggressive advising we should have brought the car in early and that we should have at least called. I advised them that they should not accuse people before asking their individual circumstances, that staff had no sympathy and again advised we should have called and was still aggressive. I advised them I am not coming today and ended the call due to the tone of voice. I then called the insurance company who advised that the repairs are authorized and that I did not need to bring the car in for an assessment. I believe if due diligence was practiced , they should have known about this before hand.I have spoke to Arjan Motors again and asked if the staff I initially spoke to could simply apologize for the behaviour, however, this was never completed (I waited over 1hr as advised for their call). If Arjan Motors actions are like this prior to repairs, I do not trust them with my new Ford XR6. I am now in discussion with my insurance company to take my business elsewhere.

Couldn't be happier! I'm new to Sydney and was worried about who to use when a friend of mine backed into my brand new Camry! Anthony met all the deadlines and did a fantastic job. Even detailed the car before returning it. I honestly cannot tell the front bumper has been replaced. It looks brand new again. Highly recommended (toyota use them for their repairs also).
