The absolute worst hair and beauty salon I have ever been to. Often i'd have to go back after getting a threading because of patches they'd missed and was charged for it. They ruined my hair, blamed me for it then charged to fix it. I found the management insincere, their employee was incredibly rude and immature; both need to work on their customer service and improve their attitude. Prices were inconsistent. Found a new place, redirected my family and friends there - they shared my disappointment with this place and are delighted with our new salon.

Really disappointed. She cut more off than agreed and gave me short layers when I asked her not to. She really had no idea how to go about cutting my thick hair. Thankfully she only charged $30 for the cut, though there is probably a good reason it was cheap.

Hi Anita, Thanks for your lovely responses. I really do appreciate the offer of a haircut however I have already been elsewhere, but thank you. I think it shows that you really do care about your customers. I don't really feel I was recommended to have my hair washed, she asked whether I wanted to blow dry it or not (which would entail having it washed if I did). In any case, I find my hair generally cuts better when it isn't wet or super clean so I am not sure how much difference it would have made. I also feel rushed the whole process (consultation and cut) as I was in and out in less than 20 minutes which never happens to me (washed or unwashed). Thanks again for your response.

I was really impressed with the service and professionalism of the hairstylist. They're friendly and offer great consultation without charge which helped me alot with choosing the perfect style. Anita is definitely an expert and I'll be going back again and again.
