I have an Esatto front loader that needed a rubber boot seal replaced. The total cost was $175. Other companies wanted $160 as a callout fee. Mark advised that I source the part directly and he would fit it. I got the part from Melbourne and called Mark to make an appointment. He arrived on time and had the job done in about 40 minutes. Can't get better than that!!

Gave me tips on my front loader, my mistake, got clothes caught in door and bent rubber so water kept leaking, sent pictures, Mark ordered part and fixed within 1.5 weeks.
