I would strongly advise a friend not to eat at apron strings at all. Unfortunately a person I know ate a roast lamb sandwich at apron strings and became very sick. The doctors diagnosed them as having salmonella which they traced back to the roast lamb sandwich that was eaten at apron strings, it takes 48 hours for this illness to go through your system. YUCk!!!
