Best price guarantee no honoured: Unfortunately on this occasion I have to rate the company a 1 star for best price guarantee found the same product cheaper rang appliances online and was told no they couldn’t beat that price. I ask about best price guarantee, he said not this time. Then don’t put it on the products. Very disappointing as we have dealt with them a few times and recommended to family and friends

Beware and think Twice before buying from the Appliancesonline.com.au . I ordered Sunbeam Superking Size electric blanket which arrived on time. Order number - SO03906118 - I opened the box and tried it on my Super king mattress(203x203) to my surprise it did not fit .On contacting Customer care , I was told the return will incur 20% of purchase price as I opened the box and this is re-stock fees, I really felt like I was being scammed when I was told this as how would I know if the electric blanket was going to fit or was of true super king size. Had it been a faulty piece what would be the response of the company-applianceonline.com.au
Really It felt like I went to superstore and tried on Pants and then found size was wrong and store man says u will charged for trying on the pants Ridiculous.

Purchased a dryer and washing machine and could only select a delivery date 1 month later. A bit annoying but I figured it was still cheaper than going to a shop. Then 1 month later, I'm advised the dryer is now out of stock and won't be delivered for another month. Very frustrating - not sure how an online store doesn't realise they're out of stock for an entire month? Now - 2 months later, I'm advised there's another delay and the dryer won't come for another month! Better off paying a little bit more and going to an actual appliance store.

I bought 3 items a month ago, all theoretically good quality with good reviews on the Appliances online website. The washing machine was faulty on delivery, ok mistakes happen and it was replace. Now the blender has fallen to pieces after one month. Its been two weeks, I've placed 4 calls, and I still have nothing from their service department.
To compound this, I wrote a negative review of the blender for obvious reasons which they did not publish. This seems to indicate that Appliances Online pick and choose the reviews that are published on their website.

Buy elsewhere, these guys are terrible.

I placed my order on early Saturday morning and received a confirmed email, but on Tuesday afternoon I received a call saying that my order was cancelled because it was out of stock!!! I was told I need to pay more for another brand. I said I was not happy with it, I need an explanation, but my call was hang up. I called later and asked when I would receive the refund, the staff said it would take 2 working days, I asked why I hadn't received the refund email, and the staff also told me that it would take 2 working days, then hung up my call...

Good product range with competitive prices. Delivery was fast and efficient, the delivery men were friendly and courteous. They were unable to take the microwave away as it needed to be disconnected by an electrician, so they picked it up at a later date. Highly recommend.

Received washing machine 1 day after placing order. Was kept well informed of delivery time. Marwan who delivered it late Friday night was exceptional...totally professional, knowledgeable and took all the time needed to correctly install, test and answer all our questions. Now, just hope washing machine proves to be as reliable and excellent as Marwan.

Absolutely awful experience! Wish I could do minus stars! Phoned appliances online before ordering a dishwasher to see when it could be delivered to ensure it would be done during my annual leave. Ordered and paid for dishwasher on 3/1/20 with delivery on 30/1/20. Received telephone call on 17/1/20 to say model I ordered won’t be available then but can get a different model and will still be delivered on 30/1/20. Removed our dishwasher on 29/1/20 for delivery of new one which did not turn up. Phoned them and found out they emailed not phoned on 29/1/20 to say won’t be available until 28/2/2020!!!! Even when they received my out of office to say I was not checking emails they did not think to pick up a phone! Why should they have my money for 2 months!!! Disgusting. Appliances online you should not take orders for items you cannot provide. Really really cranky as now have to do dishes for a month and order through a more reputable provider!! They will not offer a solution or compensation!!

Terrible service from Appliances online. I ordered a fridge ONE MONTH in advance, so that it would be delivered the day I move. I was called ONE business day before delivery to tell me it was out of stock. Really stuffed me around. All I was offered was an alternative brand I've never heard of before.

Old washing machine broke down Wednesday. ordered new machine at 10am same day. New machine turned up at 6.30 am Thursday and was commissioned and running at 7.00am. Great price. Brilliant service and totally hassle free. I am impressed by this organization.
