If I could have given no stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
They told me they were registered to service ASKO products but the "technician: had absolutely no idea what to do. I told him what the problem was but he didn't listen, just kept fiddling with the machine. I finally told him to go if he didn't know the problem. He said it needed a new mother board and he'd send a quote. The quote, weeks later, was twice what ASKO sold the part for.
I ended up getting an ASKO service call. It was a simple solution, not needing the mother board replaced.
I sent a complaint to ACCC. Eventually the head of this dodgy company told ACCC that he'd refund the call out fee.
^ weeks later, despite a reminder from ACCC, I have received no refund.
They have another company called Master Appliance Service. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Abysmal service. The technician came, looked at my Miele appliance and said it would need to be replaced in full. But when the boss made the decision, it was for a part to be replaced, even though the appliance was under warranty. I realised later that they got more commission for a repair than a warranty job.
So I sought a refund. six weeks and numerous phone calls later - some of which they barred my call, others they were mysteriously never available for - I got my money back. As a Miele repair agent, I have complained to Miele they should not use this company, because it is damaging Miele's reputation.

I made a mistake of booking a service call and the miss lead me regarding loss of warrantee as they did not tell me that I would void warrantee then when I cancelled hours later they charged me a fee
They have the worst customer service
I would encourage everyone not to use this overseas based company

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They were recommended by a major appliance manufacture. Poor to no communication for appointments. They make you wait at home all day for them to arrive. Never answer phone calls. They advertise all brands, charged $25 per 10 minutes and had no idea on how to dismantle our washing machine. The guy charged me for 2 hours to change a drive belt and the manufacturer told me after, it should be about a 45 minute job.
He even had to come back again because water was leaking out of the machine.
If it wasn't for the manufacture compensating us with $100.00 we would be fighting with them and who needs that .

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Their website comes up first so you choose them as they seem impressive. This is where it ends. I asked them to come out and look at my stove LCD display and filament on my range hood. Was quite specific. Two apparent service people came out. Both seemed as incompetent and the other and were using old-fashioned electricity metres and DID NOT know what they were doing. One spoke such poor English he needed a translator. Does not inspire confidence. After an hour of not fixing anything I was told there was problems with my thermostat. I explained there was nothing wrong with my thermostat. When I turned on my oven he seemed surprised. Ended up paying $290!!! and asking them in no uncertain terms to get out of my house. I immediatly contacted head off and was given the run around by [redacted due to personal identifier] I then got another appliance person to come in and look at my stove when it suddenly turned off. Second company explained it was nothing to do with Stove, but the electricity. Paid another $90. Organised an electrician to come out and they were confused as to what was causing this. They eventually discovered that the fuse had "somehow" come loose. Another $175. So all up $550 an NOTHING fixed. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. I am taking them to the NSW Administrative Tribunal as Office of Fair Trading is a toothless tiger.

Approximate cost: $550
